The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Office for the Coordination of Foreign Aid (OCFA) will host a one-day workshop on the principles and practices of evaluating humanitarian aid programmes.

The workshop, which will be attended by the UAE’s donor community will be chaired by the UAE Red Crescent Authority and will be held in partnership with DARA.

DARA’s Director General, Ross Mountain, and Head of Evaluation, Riccardo Polastro, will participate in the interactive event by highlighting the benefit of humanitarian aid evaluations and by presenting case studies of evaluations carried out in Somalia and Pakistan.
