Description of project

The project consisted in the identification, design and support for the implementation of a Monitoring and Evaluation system for the Spanish think-tank FRIDE.

The final objective of such system is to provide assurance of the academic quality of the publications of FRIDE, measure impact of these publications, and to provide the relevant mechanisms for control and steering in the strategic planning processes.

The system is also understood as a change management project that has to result in the adoption of the proposed tools for monitoring and evaluation, generating enough information for decision making processes. It is supported by a written manual.
