MERCY Malaysia has gone through a 100% growth curve in the last 5 years. In 2005 they recognised that they needed to consolidate and strengthen their position as well as seek quality assurance. They have demonstrated total commitment to align themselves with key quality initiatives (HAP, Code of Conduct; SPHERE).
DARA was finally asked to send one of its certified HAP auditors (who was selected by the HAP certification manager) to establish MERCY’s compliance to HAP standards and the functioning of their Accountability Framework and their Quality Management System.
