Much of the same, if not worse

At a time when the risk of further armed conflict is high, donors need to expand their efforts to assist and protect the Sudanese population. But, what kind of support can they provide in the use of diplomatic means to put pressure on the Sudanese authorities?

The team interviewed 39 humanitarian organisations and donor agencies, and collected 246 questionnaires on donor performance (including 147 OECD/DAC donors).
