South Africa / Urban refugees / Zimbabwean women queue outside the Musina Refugee Reception Centre, run by the South African Department of Home Affairs. Here they are processed: they have their fingerprints and photograph taken. Approximately 350 refugees receive temporary asylum (known colloquially as “Aslam”) each day.
