DARA participated in the 2011 Skoll World Forum, March 30th – April 1st, Oxford, England. The theme of this year’s Forum was “Large Scale Change – ecosystems, networks and collaborative action.”

Phillip Tamminga, Head of DARA’s Humanitarian Response Index, explains how private donors are emerging as an important force in humanitarian relief, and how traditional and new humanitarian actors can learn from each other to deliver better and more effective aid for the vulnerable people caught in humanitarian crises.
