Leveraging donor support for long-term impact

Humanitarian needs in the DRC are far from over. The national elections in late November provide a good opportunity for the international community to reflect on the impact of their massive support, and how best to move from a series of chronic humanitarian crises to long-term stability and recovery.

The team interviewed humanitarian organisations and donor agencies, and collected 189 questionnaires on donor performance (including 126 OECD/DAC donors)
