The DRC suffers one of the most protracted humanitarian crisis in the world. The RRMP is the largest single humanitarian response programme in the DRC after food aid. The purpose of the evaluation is to provide a systematic and objective assessment of RRMP’s performance and outcomes to date, and identify key points for improvement with clear, detailed and technical recommendations to help inform future programme direction.
The team is composed by 6 consultants (3 international and 3 national). The team is composed by Jock Baker, together with Silvia Hidalgo and Soledad Posada.
The evaluation will run until the end of January.
