Philip Tamminga, Head of DARA’s Humanitarian Response Index, presented the findings from the HRI 2011 report at an event hosted by the Humanitarian Policy Group of the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) on Monday, March 27th at the ODI Office in London.
The briefing was aimed at British humanitarian organisations. Mr. Tamminga discussed the implications for the UK’s humanitarian aid and the future of good donor practices.
